WATER QUALITY ANALYSIS:

Issue:
Contaminants in drinking water can pose significant health risks to all occupants of a household. A few contaminants that can enter drinking water include: agricultural chemical runoff, naturally occurring minerals or elements, arsenic or lead, and other elements from plumbing.

Service:
Up-Country will draw samples of well water and submit them to a state recognized lab for analysis. We will perform standard mortgage tests for pH, nitrates, iron, manganese, copper, chloride, hardness, aresenic and bacteriological examination. In addition, we also offer an FHA/HUD test which analyzes all of the above plus color, odor, turbidity, and sodium. Other specialized water tests, such as hydrocarbons, are available upon request.
